Not For Ordinary: 15 Days, 15 Spots–Only One You!

Remember our conversation from last week: Vegan is Not for Everyone? I believe the same goes for HEALTH–health is not for everyone, certainly it is not for ordinary people! After all, if it was, everyone would be doing it and doing it right. Am I correct?! See, ordinary people lead ordinary lives, eat ordinary, culturally approved, foods–McDonalds, Taco Bell, Olive Garden, etc.  It is only people like you (you have to be extraordinary to end up on this blog–you are thinking outside of the proverbial box!) who will ever realize that HEALTH is only for those who seek it and go hard after it.  Period.

While ordinary people, when they want to lose weight, seek out the latest, short-lived fad diet; extraordinary people approach their health with long term results in mind. “What would be the best weight loss program to sustain me for the remainder of my days?” is their thought process, as opposed to: “How can I lose 5 lbs in 5 days?”

Extraordinary people think about their present, future, about their children, about the impact their lifestyle choices make on the environment, the planet and all living beings around them.  Ordinary people–the masses–are consumers. They do not know and do not care where their food comes from; how much it costs to make; and they will never realize that fast food is really not as cheap as it appears to be–it costs them (and the rest of us) in more ways than one–it is heavily subsidized with our tax dollars; it gets them sick, so they have to spend money to get medical attention, and it depletes natural resources.

About the Boot Camp

In Vegalicious Boot Camps, participants learn lifelong, sustainable habits.  I do not teach dieting, I do not teach weight loss for the sake of weight loss.  Instead, I teach participants how to eat a healthy, enjoyable, plant based diet, which has a great fringe benefit–weight loss, clarity, feeling great, having more energy, reducing the risk of getting sick, and so much more. Those who stick to the program, like one of my current participants, S., who enrolled for the whole year and lost 40 lbs in 4 months, can reap great benefits immediately.*
