April Boot Camp is about to kick off. I have an awesome group of people registered and ready to go. For those of you who could not do it this month, for whatever reasons, or did not want to
, I think that you still should kick off April with style and pizzazz! Don’t you agree? And with bikini season just around the corner (it already got up to 80′s F last week in Ohio), we all want to feel and look our best. So, let’s get bikini (and swimming shorts) ready, ladies and gents!
Let’s Cleanse!
You heard it right, we need to cleanse (not to do a cleanse). See, a cleaner body is a better digestive machine.
