Green Smoothie Feasting | 7 Day Reset Plan

In the last couple of months, since I cut back on teaching fitness training classes, cabin fever set in and I felt like I got stuck and need to press a reset button on my body. I slacked off a bit on my green smoothie intake, while keeping my overall diet completely clean.  Although numbers on the scale have not changed, I feel that I can do better than this (see, no one is perfect :) ). So, this week, I am bringing Green Smoothie revival into my life :) ! It is on! I had prepared myself a 7-Day RESET PLAN.  I am about to tell you all about it, so you can join me if you would like.

7-Day RESET PLAN

For the entire week I will consciously make efforts not to let myself slip back into “no green smoothies” land.  I will be prepared each and every day! (Last night I prepped 130 oz of green goodness for today, so I have no excuses to get caught up in my busy life and forget to make it.)

I will strive to eat raw as much as possible, although, if I do consume some cooked foods, I will NOT feel bad, guilty or off plan! I have some leftovers in my fridge, which I am not planning to waste.  I will, however, have a lot of raw goodness and green smoothies on hand so that I will reach for them first.  If I had a juicer, I would also do at least a couple of green juices a day.

Each day I will consume at least 3-4 servings of green smoothies; or, if I happen to decide to do green smoothies only, enough to keep me feeling satiated, full of energy and happy.

At the end of the week, I will have reset myself back to my good old ways of at least 2 green smoothies a day.

    It’s incredible how your Reset Plan idea coincided with mine! Apprarently, today I’ve decided it’s high time for a cleanse, made my favourite beet root smoothie and then-to my great joy, I found out that our smoothie expert goes on a smoothie feasting too! :) It’s always better to be on a cleanse with somebody! So I wish you a lot of delicious experiences throughout the week – let our bodies and minds be grateful to us :)
