In today’s episode of Vegalicious TV I am going to show you how I organize a healthy kitchen. I leave no room for error, no room for “oops”, no room for temptation!
I did not clean out my cupboards and fridge in preparation for recording this episode–what you see is actually a spur of the moment decision. I wanted to provide a real “moment in my kitchen” experience to those who enrolled in Vegan 101 webinar*, so I pulled out my camera, set it on a tripod and let it run.
You will see the health giving items in my pantry and my fridge. I already told you about my 15 MUST HAVE KITCHEN GADGETS, which I find necessary for a healthy kitchen. In another article we will talk about meal planning.
