Inca Warrior Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
makes about 60 oz.
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 pear
- 1/3 pineapple, cut into chunks
- 2 oranges, peeled and seeded
- 2-3 cups watermelon with watermelon rind [yes, you can eat it and it is nutritious!]
- 2-3 oz aloe vera juice
- 1 tbsp maca root powder [I used Navitas brand]
- raw honey or any of the syrups [maple, brown rice, agave] for sweetness, if needed
Blend in a high speed blender and enjoy!
