    Hi Elena, I thought about why I should win this fabulous manual but on a second thought maybe I shouldn’t win: I am transitioning slowly to becoming a 100% plant- based eater with a regular work- out. I am not there, yet but I am confident I will someday. Over the last 3 months I already lost all my pregnancy fat (which was 40 pounds) due to a high vegan and soetimes even raw diet (my daughter is 4 months old and I have a two- year old as well) and have my flat belly back as well. I don’t want to stop here because I saw so many other great changes as well, like brighter eyes, glowing skin, more energy. But….. What I am missing is the willpower to hang in there for a longer period and 100% commitment without cheat days. I think a 30 day guide is just the last pea on my mountain that I need to succeed.

    I just want to say that I don’t feel I am any more deserving of receiving this book than anyone else trying to eat and live healthier by becoming vegan.

    I would really love to have your book because of all the vegan websites I have been on yours is the only one that promotes no fat, no sugar, and whole foods, especially raw. Aside from transitioning to vegan (I am currently vegetarian, although I am more vegan because I gave up all dairy, eggs, meat, etc., but still occasionally eat fish) I am embracing a diet that does not contain processed foods like white sugar (or any sugar), white flour, etc. I am also trying my best to eat all organic.

    I am also a relatively new mom (my son just turned one) and I need to get back into shape. My body is stubbornly refusing to lose any fat and it is really frustrating. I want to lose 15 pounds to get back to pre-baby weight and since this last 10- 15 pounds is mostly fat, I have to be extra vigilant in my eating and exercise to get rid of it! I think that’s where your book can really help me!

      Hang in there, Kari! I’ve been slowly helping my body to heal through a plant-based diet, too. It’s a slow process as we reverse all the damage we’ve done to our bodies, but it is possible!

    Elena, I’ve been following you for nearly a year and a half. In that time, I have transitioned to a plant-based diet (about 9 months ago) after being diagnosed with severe adrenal fatigue. I have a great natural doctor who is supportive of my diet change and who is also treating me with natural supplements. I would like a copy of your boot camp manual so I can continue to tweak my diet and take it to the next level. Like you, I’m trying to heal my body through good nutrition. I know my body didn’t get in this shape overnight and I won’t heal overnight, but I could sure use some encouragement and motivation along the way!     I need to drop over 100 pounds ASAP! I have dropped 65 in the past couple of months since implementing a Vegan diet. My husband has shed 85, and we seem to be stuck. We are ticking time bombs and cannot financially afford resources as we are dependent on a sole income. GOD has been faithful, however, and even in this giveaway – i see His hand.

    I would love to win, although I know that there are many people who could use this! I have been eating vegetarian for the last year, and really want to eat vegan, but I struggle knowing what to fix, or how to plan what to eat! I keep trying to eat vegan, but just get confused and discouraged when I can’t seem to figure it out. I want to live in peace and honor God with my body. I really want to give it what it truly needs. I have some weight to lose, and would love to be able to finally have a flat stomach! I’m also trying to figure out health issues with my gut, and a few other things… and think this may help heal my body!     I should win because I am trying to become vegan. I actually have a diet that is mostly vegan with an exception of sugar and some dairy. I used to drink milk, eat yogurt, and other dairy products but I discontinued that a while ago. It has been a while since since I have had meat. I love tofu. I am struggling to continue because I am running out of creative ways to stay vegan. I like the fact that you don’t use oil in your recipes because that seems to be

    I am a college student. I will graduate in May with a BSN in nursing and will most likely have a job once I pass the NCLEX. I would use this tool to become completely vegan. I think this would help me to be a great role model for my patients. I would never push being vegan upon them but I know after learning about veganism, about 3 years ago, I became intrigued and maybe this would help start the process with them. We need a lot of help in hospitals especially because all we do is rely on medications and other crazy technology. People need to start eating right and listening to their bodies.

    I go to a college that has a student run cooperative. I am a part of it and have been for about 3 years. It is all vegetarian and there are some people who are apart of it that are vegan. We get fresh and local fruits and vegetables. It is like the best place on this planet. We have a mixed group of all kinds of people and its just awesome. I would love to tell them about you & your book. I have been telling many about you without the book. I live in Ohio! Your story is great and your baby is super adorable.

    I would use this manual to help me continue on this health journey that I’ve been on since march 2012. I have changed my whole world upside down including my families! We went from being junk food, meat, dairy, and sugar addicts to now almost completely vegan. It’s been an up and down battle but overall we are healthier stronger and a happier family.     Hello Elena thank you for giving us opportunity to win this book. My husband is in army and was telling me about this veganism since four years. But being the army with amount of physical work they do I did not completely agree with his idea. But last year I agreed and said yes. I haven’t. Done any research or read any books before our conversion. I was vegetarian since very long time and lactose intolerent so it was ok transition for me. I used to love eggs but was ok when I saw forkes over knives. My husband is feeling so good alright with amount of physical strength..it is just amazing..he now have frequent bowel movements. Before he his bowel movements are not great. We have plenty of legumes lentils that have in our diet. We eat plenty of veges curries wholefoods and nuts. We know what we are putting in our stomach. We are from India and it was really tough to manage with parents during our vacation but all went well. Both our parents are diabetic cholesterol etc. We hope we and future kids we don’t pass along these chronic diseases to them . I completely have no idea of how andwhat to on health improvements by veganism. I would use this book as a manual to for better health and prosperous life. One day all I am praying is get support from sibings and family..it is really getting tough to go
    or family gatherings etc. Just for two of us I mostly prepare our food. This year we are planning to go strictly ethical vegan. I have already donated my coats and boots. Thank you. If not me if someone wins too am happy it is really helping

My husband and I have been transitioning to a vegan lifestyle since the beginning of jan. we have a 7 month old so doing it safely and effectively is very important to me as we will be raising him vegan also! We have some health issues between us and this manual will aide in continuing our lifestyle change which can sometimes be challenging!     What a great opportunity! I’ve been vegetarian for three years, which was preceded by 5 years of a low-meat diet. This was in response to a poor health condition, and what a difference it made! I spent only about 1 year as vegan, but I love the discovery of new foods in the process. Last summer I slipped back into my lazy veggie only ways, and allowed dairy and eggs back into my diet. I am so ready to kick them out again, and go beck to feeling great! I believe your book would be a great help in accomplishing that!
