Since I regularly get emails from women who ask themselves the very questions boggling your mind, I decided to offer a couple of classes, where you can get answers to such questions. Since I cannot physically be where you are to teach a class face to face, I will be doing the next best thing–live webinars!
Both webinars will be dedicated to you, ladies. I will cover topics ranging from birth to menopause and how to pick the diet that will help you have the best of life experiences.
Each webinar will be 2 hours long, and I will dedicate time at the end of each webinar to answer questions.

During this webinar I will cover the entire span of a female’s life and the best nutrition for optimal health during her lifetime. Topics I will discuss are:

- Supplementation during pregnancy

- Mineral and vitamin requirements, including
- DHA/fatty acids
