Energy Truffles Recipe

Heavenly bites of perfect health and indulgence. You never have to feel guilty about having your dessert ever again!
  1. place nuts, seeds, dried fruit and cranberries into a food processor and run for a couple of minutes, or until all ingredients are finely chopped into tiniest possible pieces (see video for detail)
  2. if the ingredients get pushed up and stuck on the side of the food processor, stop the food processor, and push them down with a spatula
  3. when you are done, you should be able to press the ingredients together with your fingers and make them stick (see the video)
  4. line a plate with wax or parchment paper
  5. place cacao powder on a plate
  6. grab a tablespoon and measure 1-1.5 T of the truffles mixture into your hands, press it together, then roll into a ball
  7. roll the ball in cacao powder to cover and place on the lined plate
  8. repeat until all mixture is used
  9. freeze truffles for 1 hour before enjoying
  10. refrigerate leftovers, covered, for up to one week, or freeze for later enjoyment
