Vegalicious, LLC, creator of the Vegalicious subscription service (including VegSmart and VegWise), provides the following refund policy:
- VegWise Membership is a non-refundable investment (much like music and book retailers). Since all membership materials are digital, there is no way to return them. I am certain, however, that once you become a member, you will be so satisfied you would not want to leave. As soon as you become a member, you will have access to hundreds of digital pages and hours of audio and video fun (no physical materials are sent).
- After the initial membership period, Vegalicious LLC will continue to charge you on an annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your Vegalicious account. This will happen on the same day of the subsequent year that you initially joined.
- We will send notification on the day your credit card is charged to the email address you provide us.
