Tight Abs, Glutes and Legs Exercise with a Ball

by Vegalicious Elena on July 12, 2011

I just made one more exercise video to brighten up your day ;) .  This is a 3-in-1 package–you will hit your abs, glutes and your legs.  Although I demonstrate this exercise with a ball, it can also be successfully done at a gym [or home] on an bench or a step, used in step classes.  To adjust you will place your body to line up with the bench/step, with your hips right on the edge; your arms hugging the bench/step from the front.

Enjoy it!

Chisel My Abs, Lady!

by Vegalicious Elena on July 11, 2011

The crazy rainstorm knocked the power out for a few hours today. It was good in a way–I got to catch up on my reading, and finished yet another great book: Ghost Writer, by Rene Gutteridge. When I first started the book a few days ago I thought I was not going to finish it, since I did not get sucked it during the first chapter.  I am glad that I didn’t–in the last two days I could not put it down.  So, thanks  to the storm the book is finished and I can move on with my life ;) .

If you have a chance, check the book out:

Luckily the power is back on and I recorded yet another great ab exercise video.  This ab exercise is great for women and men alike, so don’t be shy to give it a go.

I’m Doing All I Can. Why Can’t I Lose Weight?

June 7, 2011 FITNESS

Have you ever asked this question yourself or has someone you know said it?  I get this question a lot, since I teach fitness: “I am doing all I know to do, but why can’t I lose weight?’  At times I can answer the inquiry after asking only a couple of questions, but there are [...]
