One Very Ca-Ra-Zy Picture & Green Smoothie Cleanse Update

I have been absent from blogging for a few days, but for a good reason–my niece and her hubby are visiting from out of state and we are having fun taking them around the state of Ohio.  Meanwhile, we were able to finish the 3-day Green Smoothie Cleanse, with over 20 participants. Some of the reports already rolled in, and they are quite awesome.

Cleanse Results

Banana Dandelion Green Smoothie

yields 3 servings

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 large bunch dandelion greens
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp dulse flakes

Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Ca-Ra-Zy!

So, my hubby and I are not the shiest of people.  We happened to attend a Christmas party, and being the photography lover that I am, I brought my camera with me to take pictures of all the ugly sweaters people wore.  I cannot show you all of the awesome images of our friends, but I sure can share the one of my love and I–the requirement was for everyone to take one nice family picture, and one CRAZY image… so, you tell me if we met it.  (click to enlarge)
