One-on-One Coaching

Sometimes reading blogs, browsing the web, or reading multiple books is not enough. With too much information some might get more confused than helped.  That is when you need the help of someone who has lived through it and knows what she is doing.

I remember when I first started the journey to my healing.  I found that there was way too much contradicting information.  I took time to sift through it, sometimes spending up to 3-5 hours of research a day.  I had to decide what works, what makes sense, and what simply was bogus, concocted junk.

With my results it is apparent that I made the right choices.  I chose what was simple, made sense, and should come naturally to all of us.

Although I love sharing what I know through posts on my blog, some people need the tailored one-on-one attention to achieve results faster and have a guide to help them along the way.  Each individual is different and, although we want the same results–health, our path to them will also be different.  That’s is why I offer one-on-one, tailored specifically to your needs coaching meeting.

One-On-One in Person

If you live in/around Columbus OH metro area we will most likely meet in person.  It will give me the opportunity to sit down with you in the comfort of your home, to help you evaluate what works and what does not work for you.

  • During our first meeting we assess your needs and goals, and review your current health/dietary needs or struggles*. We review your current eating and exercise habits.  We then set reasonable, reachable goals for improvement together and lay out a plan of action.
  • We meet in the comfort of your home, at least two first times, so that we can go through your pantry and include your family [if you have any living with you] in the initial conversation so you have support. The more people you get to support you, the easier this journey will be.  At least it is true for most. Your desire to succeed and determination will be the most important part of this journey.
  • We will approach weight loss and diet improvement on all levels, leaving no room for failure. I will teach you what to eat, how to cook, etc.–no lone rangers here :) .

The best part of one-on-one coaching is that you will have access to me during the week following our meeting via e-mail to ask any pressing question.

If you want to involve your friends and family who might want to participate at the same time, then there is a discount. (see information below)

One-On-One Online

For anyone living outside Columbus OH metro area, wishing to take advantage of individualized success planning, I offer not only in person but also on-line coaching.

  • We meet in an on-line meeting room, set up by me.  You will need at least a headset with a microphone, and, if you would like to be seen, which I love, a camera, so I can get to know you.  I use multi-media presentation to cover same topics we would cover in in-person meeting.
  • Everything else is the same as with in-person meetings.

If it happens that you have no access to a computer we can still arrange meetings over the phone.

One Person

Initial Coaching Investment

  • $220, overs 2 [two] meetings, review of your pantry, goal setting, etc.

Investment includes a 30-day meal planner filled with recipes and daily meal plans.

The first two meetings will be scheduled no longer than 2 weeks apart. I will be accessible through email, post each consultation, for the duration of two (2) weeks.

Follow-Up Coaching Investment

  • $80/hr

Multiple Participants

The more the merrier!  Right?!   You can involve your friends and family to participate in diet, weight and lifestyle overhaul at the same time with you and everyone will get a discount.

Initial Coaching Investment

[includes TWO meetings, pantry review, goal setting and meal planning]

  • 2* people participating together–$400 [$200 each--$40 combined savings]
  • 3 people participating together–$570 [$190 each--$90 combined savings]

*couples get an additional $30 discount (only one 30-day meal planner will be provided)

Follow-Up Coaching Investment

  • 2 people participating together–$130/hr [$70 each--$30 combined savings]
  • 3 people participating together–$180/hr [$60 each--$60 combined savings]

How Many Meetings Should You Schedule

I would suggest setting up at least one meeting a week for the first month, and then going to one every two weeks until you are comfortable cruising on your own.
